A Message from the Fire Chief..

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our Volunteer Firefighter and Volunteer EMT programs.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life - students, entrepeneurs, homemakers, corporate executives, tradespeople and more.  They have found fulfillment as a member of the fire service and by serving their neighbors.

I started as a volunteer while going to high school and working in a butcher's shop.  From those humble beginnings, I never expected where the fire service would take me.  I hope you apply and discover the deep pride and satisfaction in serving your community.  If you have any questions, please use the comment form on this website.
